Take it to your local weld shop and get them to repair it but also add some bracing top and bottom across the flanges. No point in repairing it only back to its too weak state.

M400 manifolds are around £140 each IIRC.

M400 manifolds are not a panacea, they can crack also..Mine did.

I thought the 2.5 and 3.0 manifolds are different. If so, the M400 ones will not fit. Perhaps someone can confirm this?

I realise the m400 one might crack also but i heard its double skinned ??my 2.5 and a 3r i seen looked exactly the same tbh if the angle of the engines is the same ie the block hasent changed at all then i cant see why it would not fit surly this would be a great replacerment for cracked older manifolds seeing as there only 140 each??long life wanted 200 to weld mine up.So im thinking get some new m400 ones get them welded before i fit to make extra strong and fit lol. There is soo many posts about manifolds there must be a answer instead of a short fix that has broke on mine a few times.I have recipts for welding on manifold.

I asked the factory and apparently the stud patterns are different between the 2.5 & 3.0 manifolds. It looks as though having buttresses welded top and bottom is the way forward, as suggested above.

Have you tried Noble, bet they're cheaper than you think, i read on here that someone charged more to repair cracked one than Noble charge for new.

They never replied to my emails, so just assumed they didn't sell parts and that it was a different email for parts
