one of our staff is going to be selling his corsa.

On the car is the reg P993 ORP. now i know that plates are subjective but with the P and the 993 on it is it worth anything to a 993 owner?

just a thought.

I think it would be of value to some.... I'd be tempted if I didn't have a plate I was happy with already.

I think if it was on the usuals: fleabay, pcgb, ph etc it should attract some interest.

Agree with the flea bay suggestion. To a 993 driving Owen Redbeardpipeandslipperslentilburger Peters it could be worth a few quid nerd

I was under the impression that unless this was originally sold by DVLA as a cherished plate then it belongs to them and you can't take a plate off an old car going to the scrappy - at least thats what they told me when I tried to do it 15 years ago....

Think it depends on whether the V5 says non-transferable or not
