To do your own you would need the exact dimensions for both the gearbox and engine. There can be no guesswork here or drawing round it onto a piece of cardboard. The gearbox input shaft has got to be perfectly aligned with the crank shaft or untold damage will be done, instantly or over time.
If you had the facilities to take all the dimensions then I doubt you would be asking the question here or on the other forums.
You don't say what the engine and box are.

I agree it's not worth it, on this part.
