944S2 Headlight not working
Discussion
Hi,
We've not had our car long and i'm embarassed to be asking such a silly question so soon. However....I cannot get my passenger's side main beam to work. (The other one is fine, as are all the other lights. The bulb is new and the fuses are good. The 3 way connector to the bulb is good.
(My other "interesting" car is a Big Healey, which has 2 fuses in total. One for the horns and one for everything else, so I've not had anything too complicated to deal with thus far.)
I don't think there are relays in the main beam circuits. Or are there? And, if so, where are they hidden?
Or, are there any easy solutions......things that always go wrong with 944 lights....little cconnectors that let you down etcetc??
By the way, those fog/spot lights beneath the headlights are a pretty nightmarish design are they not? Doing both sides, I had to drill out 6 of the bolts! Rust/electrolysis/God knows what.
Thanks,
Simon
