Just bought a 996 TT Cab. The Driver's Manual that came with it is for a Carrera/Carrera 4/4S. Is this correct - is there a separate one for the TT? For a start, the switch that lifts the rear spoiler is different from the documentation and the manual does not mention the Porsche umbrella inserted into the passenger sill door recess. Also, there is not mention in the SPecs of the TT.

Why is that classic?

Hang on, looked at this again - you're 964RS which probably makes you a hard core Porscheie track day kinda wannabe, so, I deduce you are implying that I bought a Porsche so I could get an umbrella.

If so I've got even worse evidence to support your assertion, mine's a Tip as well!

I've got the instructions for the umbrella somewhere. They're quite lengthy, advising what type of weather it's to be used in, maximum allowable wind speed, cleaning and folding instructions, service intervals, warranty info, etc.
