Excellent news!

Here's hoping the investigators do their job properly and don't join the 'cash for (non) questions' club. rolleyes

I hope the DTI shaft him the same way he shafted the workers, dealers and customers.

I just hope they don't use lube and use somthing with some girth so he feels it.

Just to be a little controversial surely it was TVR management that was given 50 mil and who subsequently mis-managed the company such that this injection of life blood was allowed to drip through their fingers and down the drain? Had some of the fundamental issues about marketing strategy / product mix and manufacturing been addressed with this capital then a stronger TVR would have emerged. NS was left to pick up the pieces of TVR's management incompetence in the best way his financial advisors could advise him.

As much as i dislike NS for what has happened lets not forget he did what he did because our dumb ass country allows people like him to do it with an out of date system. I'm sure thousands of other companies do it week in week out but don't get the bad publicity. Like the saying goes don't hate the player hate the game.

That's like give £50 mill to some builders and say just get on with it!!!!!!

Can you imagine any businessman doing that... !?

Buy failing car company, give lots of money to existing 'failing' manangement..... no one else to blame but yourself.

Er...he doesnt live in the UK, isnt resident in the UK, has transfered his cash out of the UK and now his business assets out of the UK. Quite what treaties we have with Macedonia, but Id guess the DTi dont quite have the same weight in Skopje as they do in London!

Quite right Hut49 absolutely agree with that.BUT theres always a BUT.NS being the owner is to blame for his incompetence any company in that situation when he arrived needed immediate surgery, the boy is a total dip shit. Its a classic no respect for money when its not earned and no respect for for peoples livelihoods what a shit bag IMHO.
