CV joint boots 964 C4

[iamthestig]

Apparently my car needs 4 new outer CV boots but the guy suggested replacing all 8 whilst it was apart. Anyone on here ever had this done? what do you expect the likely cost to be?

Had a look at the parts on www.design911.co.uk and the don't list a front outer boot, only front inner and rear inner and outer (@ £16.92 and £12.95 + VAT each respectively)

Are the front outer ones the same as the inners (or rears?) or where else could I get a pair of front outers from?

Many thanks.
