997 PSE question

Finally having a PSE fitted to my 997 (long overdue...).

However, one quick question - I really don't like the standard PSE exhaust tips - with the inside tip being slightly smaller than the outside (will make sense to anyone with a 997 PSE...!). Looks strange to me...

So... is it possible to have the 997 PSE fitted but to keep the standard tips - I'd actually look to swap them to some stainless ones.

ye of course itll be possible because the tips that you are on about are only welded on to the back box im not sure if the opc would do it or not, i agree with you the pse tips dont look as good as the standard tips. best of luck

It is NOT possible to keep the standard tips.The reason is that the standard twin pipe tips on the 997s are in fact fake because behind them is a single exhaust pipe,whereas the PSE has twin pipes for the tips AND twin pipes behind them.
