Current selling climate?

Hi all
Sadly decided it may be time to sell the Tuscan. Does anyone have any recent experience? I would assume here is a good place to start the advertising process, as PH'rs will value the total engine rebuild, new shocks and new clutch etc all done in 2006.
Are Tuscan's selling at the moment, and for decent money, or should I perhaps hold off for a while?
A 2001 '51' 4 litre with 25/6k miles and the above stated work. Serviced and maintained by Racing Green so will be a good purchase for someone.
Any thoughts on a reasonable price and how long I should expect to wait for a sale would also be appreciated.
