I'm pretty sure my rear manifold is leaking. It was a crack in the front one last time and it's going straight in to get sorted after what happened then (lambda sensor disintegrated and lunched the turbo).

Is there a long term fix for the 'chocolate' manifold issue?

Hi Paul,

I had the M400 Manifolds fitted to mine. They have an extra piece of metal welded to them which is supposed to solve the problem. I do not know if they fit a 2.5 though.

Cheers

M400 manifold should do the trick.

Also think about a Roush exhaust, it hangs differently and does not pull on the turbos/manifold.

Watch out for it being warped, mine was twisted something terrible when I took it off. Had to have it skimmed down. Looks good now though

M400 Manifolds can also crack so beware.

Mine is currently at the welders being fixed after Gary discovered a crack in it.

Get the Rouch system at the same time. You know it makes sense!
