For those who haven't seen the pics, and apologies if this is a repost: the UrbEx chaps over at 28 Days Later have done a recce on the site - okay so they don't know a Canberra from a Cerbera, but the pics show the clear out was pretty comprehensive:

Anybody know what this is the brown back end of? Looks more like a Marcos than a TVR...

Strange how they left a Saggy shell behind. It may have been damaged or something, but surely it couldn't have been the only one in that state?!? There also seems to be a lot of other usable salvage left behind (the LDV flatbed for one!).

If I were a betting man, I would guess that there is another visit planned to clear the rest away. scratchchin

I went to the tip yesterday (opposite the factory) and it seemed that just about everything had gone, even the TVR logos on the wall.
Sad sight.

Theres atleast two decent Cerb bodies, a Sag body and the centre section of an SP12?

I'll have all of the above if no one else wants them?

But who's doing the clearing away and where is it all going? Presumably someone's going to have to do a full environmental clean up at some stage, but perhaps that's the responsibility of the landowner - come in PW, your time is up!
