Interior Light Package?

Hello

Just purchased an 04 Cooper S (my first mini). On the original order for the car it mentions that it has the Chili Pack fitted and lists all the elements of that. Now I have figured out everything except for "Interior Light Package". Is this simply an interior light or something more... or am I just being thick!

IIRC the interior lights pacakge gives you lights in the driver and passenger front footwell that illuminate at night when the ignition is switched off. Might also have lights on the underside of the door cards that light face down onto the road, I can't remember

Ahhh yes that's a great help. I noticed when I put the car in the garage at the weekend that the doors had lighs in them which shone on the ground. I used to have these on a Mercedes I owned, I think they called them puddle lights.

Hope you are enjoying the car! There are lots of little quirks that come with the MINI. For example if you hold the unlock button it should roll the front windows down. (if it doesnt then it can be activated by the dealer for free - depends on the model year)

Thanks for reminding me about the TVR in my profile. That was the car I sold and replaced with the Mini so I must get the info and pictures updated!
