Deposit refunds

Is there a consensus on getting these back from the dealer you gave it to, or did they all vanish down the plughole that was TVR?

The form I've got suggests the contract is between me & the dealer "upon the terms and conditions set out in the TVR Dealer Standard T&C of sale of TVR Motor Cars, Parts & Accessories". Not having had a copy of these T&C, I'm not sure, so any help appreciated!
