Very nice

I especially love the group shot, reminds me of an old EVO shoot, Car of the Decade I think?

What did you use to achieve that shot? Or did you just very lucky with the light?!

A lot of the shots were taken in the region of the EVO triangle, or heading over Bala way.

Was a fun couple of days despite the freezing temps when the sun went in

matthew_h, I spotted you and your friends in Wales on Saturday afternoon. I can’t remember what time it was but you were parked up down that road just off the triangle next to Llyn Brenig. I noticed your black e30 M3 first and then the Integras so I thought you must be up there for the driving thumbup I went past in a red mk5 Golf gti, then turned around and came back past you soon after. (I was going to stop overlooking the lake and stretch my legs a bit but changed my mind hehe ) It was a perfect day for it wasn’t it? driving Nice pics.

Mr Pickle,

You should have popped over and said hi. It was a great day although a little too bright for ideal photographic conditions. Not that I was complaining.

Thank you for all the comments. It was a good fun day and a nice test to try to get some good shots in the difficult light.

I did think about stopping but I bottled it a bit in the end hehe I meant the drivng conditions were perfect...admittedly I'm clueless from a photography point of view laugh Your pics look great anyway, the Clio chappy must have really chucked it into there!! thumbup

The Clio was probably only doing 15-20mph and if you saw us parked up then chances are you know which corner is was.

Now you’ve said that I could take a pretty good guess This piece of road just next to where you were is always particularly inviting I find

Oddly enough I too was out for a drive in Snowdonia on Saturday in my Exige S (solar yellow) I saw JAP 1 but didnt twig the others. My itinery was along the coast from Llandudno to Anglesey Race Circuit. From there I went to Bangor, then Bethesda, Capel Cerug and then doubled back to llanberis. Back to Curig, Betws y Coed and then to llanrwst. Nice Porsche Carrera 2S led me back to Llandudno Junction.

Off topic we went to the EVO hotel in Groes tonight for a meal, we ordered food but, after 90 minutes waiting were told our order had been overlooked , not impressed but had been amused while we waited by an elderly old girl on her own sitting by a mirror having a full scale conversation with herself!

Thats unfortunate, the foods pretty good in the Groes too. They put me up there during a test last year

Great shots there :thumb:
Wish our lot would stop long enough to take some pictures like you've done. Would love to do a series of moving shots in the area.

Best I can do is getting them to stop at the reservoir, and snap them there :
