PistonFest 2003 is the first official Pistonheads event ever, so we cannot answer that question because we do not have those demographics available.
It would be great to see Carbon Can Co there also- apart from the PH interest, there will also be plenty of bikers running drag bikes too that will also be interested.

Well, official event outside in the fresh air...

C'mon Ted, you must have told these organiser chaps about BTaP

Although I'm sure if these boys take over BTaP for 2003 it will be even bigger and better than our little number last year

Simon, we hope that plenty of Tuscans will be amongst the TVRs attending so your cans would also be of interest to them.

As Paul says, it's our first outdoor event and the one that has the biggest potential.

The other events we've run are track days at Folembray each year and we had our first awards dinner last year which brought 120 PHers together for beer and stuff.

So far plenty of people are selecting to camp on the Saturday night so this looks like being a good social event as well as a great collection of cars to ogle at on the Sunday.

Ok, we've sorted the first few attendees and these are now listed here:

www.pistonfest.com/traders.htm

We're in talks with a lot more and should have some more confirmations next week.

what sort of room is there for stands? and what sort of display? ie. If I turn up with a folding table and a van of bits will I look stupid and take up too much room? Is the whole pagoda thingies to be supplied myself, or is there existing structures for rent?

I ask, as I have display stands, ideally for shop floors ... and a folding table!

come to think about it, I might be better in the exchange and mart section...

Nope, you wouldn't look out of place at all. Each trader is allocated a space. Some will be parking up a couple of cars, some will just have a table and chairs.

It will be outdoors, so a gazebo or something might be wise. Let us know what sort of set up you want and we'll locate you near other traders with the same sort of set up.

Email me if you want more info.

have you thought about 'donating' a stand to the ABD?

Aren't they a charity? Could be a tax write off in it for you?
