Cerbera cockpit change
Discussion
Are you changing the styles of the seats like from the standard to the Tuscan style or the other way round? Or keeping the same as is in the car and getting them retrimed?
I helped my dad change his interior last year from the standard seats to the Tuscan style. The front seats were a straight swap although the front Tuscan style ones need to be from a Cerbera. If they are from a Tuscan or other model TVR you will have to modify them a bit to make them fit.
The original back seat from dads cerb came off in 2 parts the back and the base of the seat. However when fitting the Tuscan style the rear seat came in 6 different sections. When fitting the Tuscan style rear seats you also have to change the helmet holder as its a different shape.
All in all the front seats were easy enough to fit but fitting the back seats was a nightmare. But I have to say all the hard work was worth it and i think the seats were the best thing ever done to the car. It really transforms the inside of the car.
