Is ths just for the nice cars, or is it so all the PHers can park together - I know mine isn't much to look at, but I don't want to miss out by trudging backwards and forwards everytime I want to get to my car...

Any car that displays a PistonFest car pass will be granted access to the Pistonheads area.

Yep, it's just an area where we can all park up together. Cars within that enclosure will also be eligible for various awards and prizes

Also, does using the PH enclosure mean less queues on the way in and out???

You'll have to wait and see for the prizes/competitions. More details nearer the time when we know how many cars we're dealing with.

The 'PistonFest' member isn't me, it's Paul my co-organiser on this event. It's too big an event to manage alone so I've brought in some expert help. Paul and his colleagues have organised some massive events in the past so they know what's important when organising a weekend such as this.

Whilst I'll be taking the bookings from PH Members, Paul and his team are looking after the commercial side of things, ensuring the manufacturers/dealers/traders all get the info they need.

We've had some very positive feedback on that front so far and hope to have a good variety of stuff on show, from cars to shiny bolt-ons. More news once they're confirmed.

Remember to get hold of a sound meter for 'Loudest Exhaust Note', Ted... it would be refreshing to have an expert panel judging on tone, harmony etc of different engine notes at 4k revs in neutral

Perhaps, not necessarily the loudest but perhaps a panel of 'experts' could judge the car farting.

Can someone please clarify - does a weekend camping ticket include a car enclosure ticket. Or is that extra?

No, I am reliably informed (by Ted himself) that it is extra.

car enclosure ticket is extra to any other tickets you buy

So does the car enclosure ticket subject your car to Joe Public putting their sticky fingers all over your motor and flooding the engine on your behalf? Will it be arranged by marque with reviews and information and so forth, or is it just an area for the PH massive?

So many questions - sorry Ted, just curious and in need of enlightenment.

Basically we will have an area roped off for our use.

The car pass will allow you to park your pride and joy with all the other PHers within that area rather than with the Mondeos resulting in the wonderful sight of a multitude of exotics all within the confines of our area.

I'll put a map on on the website to explain things.

Simon (CCC), have you organised anyone to sell your wares yet?
