if you click on cali, it will bring up the list of club member. Next to their name it will indicate if they own an ultima and what model. This is of course assuming they indicated they owned one when they registered.

SB 100 baby. I'll be in line on the first day of the year next year to get one of the 500 numbers available for smog exemption. The process is pretty straightforward but it is a process. You'll need a Certificate of Origin from Ultima and receipts showing the cost of the major systems of the car.

To second what San Deigo GTR said, SB 100 is the way to go in California. A word of caution I was number 5 in line when I arrived at 4:30 am on the 2nd of January, when the DMV office opened at 8am there were 25 people in line. I got number 157 for the state. I doubt the last 10 people in line got the excemption. Once you get the excemption you need the documents that were listed above. Then a trip to a light and brake inspection shop, a visit to CHP to varify part numbers and reciepts, then to the smog referee, who will declare the car excempt under SB 100 and your home. When you get your SB100, DMV will collect their fees and issue a 90 day paper tag. I declared the GTR vslue at $65,000 based on my Ultima, engine and transaxel reciepts, the fees were about $400. Good luck, Rowdy Renault
