MID ESSEX MEET CONVOY XLVI

Second Sunday of the month, Mid-Essex TVRCC meet. So this coming Sunday 11th March means it's convoy time.

Normal drill - White Hart as usual from about 11:00, with the aim of leaving at 12:00.

How do I get to the White Hart...?

1) Take the A12 towards Colchester
2) Turn off at J19 (Boreham) – keep in the left-hand lane.
3) Take the 2nd exit (the first takes you to the Royal Mail sorting office!)
4) Follow the road, it turns to a 40mph
5) The White Hart is on your left a few hundred yards further on.
6) If you get to the roundabout, you have gone too far.

If you want to go direct the Forrester's, the postcode is CM9 8EA

Pre meet at Thorpe Bay being 10.20 for 10.40 leave.

PS. Those directions to the WH are cut and paste from Reeso's last convoy post, so bring flares with you.

Am surprised no one responding? What's the world coming to? Looks like weather for unday set to be ideal. Count me in for Thorpe Bay meet. Hopefully can convince Phantastic to come as well.

I'm a little surprised too. Although I won't be coming along as I need the fannymold gaskets replacing. I could still drive the Griff but the noise is really annoying

Marvelous! Do you know where the Thorpe Bay Yacht Club is? We meet across the road from there on the 'front facing parking spaces.

We'd better do a better job this month than the SEVEN TVR's that turned up for the last Mid Essex meet

EDIT: Though I was partially to blame as I was up in Blackpool at the ThunderBall that weekend.
