Ok, I've thought about it for a while and can't come up with a reason why you should not do it.

You only live once etc. I've yet to meet anyone that genuinely regretted buying a car like this. I've met plenty that that regretted not buying when they had the chance.

If I had not recently ventured down the 996GT2 route and this car was/is as good as it reads, then this would definately be parked in my garage now. hehe

defo...do it; This car was spoken about recently alongside the maritime blue one at Paragon. Dark blue suits it a lot better and I thought there were only 40 or so 3.6 turbo II's brought into the country at the time. You won't regret it!

The car is about 5 mins from my house if you want someone to have a good look over it for you.

I probably would have bought this car by now and i think the guy selling it is very genuine..as i say it was supplied by Paragon with the usual bit of 'mumble' that happens with most 'indie' supplied cars..grumpy

Kayc...wtf is with the cryptic posts and grumbling little frowns icons?
You are grumbling because he bought it from Paragon?

Ive had informal dealings with Paragon before and I have always found them to be an extremely professional bunch to deal with. The last time I went round the Porsche Indies and was looking stuff over I shortlisted Paragon, Henry's mob and the Malton boys as the chaps I would probably buy from if & when I did.

Can somebody translate what he is saying for me please.

I wasnt looking to spend any car cash really for another few months (3+) but well, Ive been keeping an eye out for 3.6 T2s for a while and as we all know they come along about as often as chances to shag Ms Jolie.

If I do this Im going to been an uber strong chastity box and I made need a spare bed to kip down on for a few nights!

KayC pretty much has a hard-on for bashing dealers (both main OPC and Indys) because they DARE to make money on cars they buy and sell....

Thats because i have learnt from experience of ACTUALLY buying and selling lots of cars(unlike many who just talk and dream about it)and you learn to have very little respect for the 'stealers' either from a profit or moral standpoint.Until people give these guys are hardtime or even better buy and sell privately they will continue to take the pisssoapboxall imho of course.

In fairness the seller does mention in the Ad that Paragon have verified with Porsche the fact that the service history is not stamped in the book between 2002 and 2005 before he purchased the car, so it looks as though it may have been done but not recorded?

It Looks like a lovely car, just can't believe how much these cost now!
