Last year I sold my GT2. Today I bought another one...well not exactly another one...it's the same one. It's a year older, a few extra miles - and cost me a bit more than I sold it for. It's a bit like car dealing, but in reverse.
Anyone else done anything so stupid or am I alone?
On the positive side, it does have new mats, had all the geometry set up properly and after a short detour via Ferrari and Honda, I now know I'm not going to find anything as good for the money.

I bought my first 944 Turbo back from the guy I sold it too, then bought a different one, had it for a year and sold it, missed it and while searching for another found the second one advertised by the guy I sold it too, so bought that one back again too !
Swapped it in the end for a Boxster S and recently found out the guy who bought it from me wrote it off after 3 months - gutted !

Went back with the Ex for a while...does that count?!
She had more miles on, but with new mats and hair do, thought the ride was just as good..

You weren't down at JCT Brooklands in it today were you ? If so, and its grey, it looked & sounded superb.
No, I get a nose bleed if I go near an OPC.
Seems more common for people to to suffer with a sore ar*e after a visit to their local OPC........
Thanks for the letting us know on the geo set up.

know that's funny and made me laugh after a sh1t day at work.
When you say Mats did you mean Flaps?

That makes me feel a lot better. Last year I sold my 997 to help fund a house purchase. I managed 8 months in a Golf before buying another 997 last month. Same year. Slightly less mileage. But I paid £2k more than I sold my old one for. I console myself by adding my new one has BOSE speakers...
Chris
Me too......real crap day! yip did mean something else, but thought
i'd better tone down my northern humour....glad you found it funny.....
but is true!!
