A/C compressor belt

use a Vette compressor.... that's what I did. There's two styles for LS compressors, Vettes have the fittings on the rear of the casing, GTO's on the side. See my thread below for how I resolved it - note that I first thought the GTO one would solve it, but went back to the Vette one.

I managed to use the Ultima hoses with this setup.
You will also need to put 1/2" spacers between the block and the idler pulley and also between the idler pulley and the AC unit. This will space the AC 1" off the block to allow it to clear the Ultima chassis @ the engine mounts. Using 1/2" either side of the idler keeps the idler centred.
