This will be a long thread I think.

quoted in the TVRCC website - sounds good news for residuals

"In answer to a direct question, Nikolai Smolenski stated that warranties WILL be honoured Watch this space!"

Hard to see exactly what is yet to happen - I think 2007 might now look alittle more positive than 2006

Best of luck and lets give them a chance

I wonder who it could be. Someone like Dr Panoz would be pretty good IMHO.

I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps the sale covers more than the pkf package though I'm not sure what that could be.

Anyone care to speculate as to who these American Gentlemen might be?

NS must have had this in the bag weeks ago. The new owners must have done some due diligence, perhaps under cover of the previous bid process.

Well congratulations to the new US owners, and can I be the first to wish them the best of luck. Lets hope they can make a better job of it than young Smolenski. Hell, being described as 'gentlemen' is a step in the right direction!

Hey, they'll have gas tanks in the trunk, and the engine under the hood. Lets hope they don't start fitting fenders. And will the Speed Six become the Speed 244 cu.in?

Hey, wait a minute. A TVR with an American engine maybe. That sounds interesting scratchchin

Oh, wait a minute, it's been done paperbag

Because they didn't feel like having to endure all kinds of legal to-ing and fro-ing with regards to the intellectual rights to the TVR trademark and designs?

Me too.

It would be nice if the steering wheels stay on the right hand side also.
