Spoiling the view

In the middle is the equally iconic Noble M400
And spoiling the view on the right is some ol' heap of tat. Originally parked at the other end of the paddock, but when the owner saw all the attention being lavished on the Noble felt he had to muscle in





Good to see Chillidog and the Mad Machine at Snet as well.

As per usual, another wet track-day, but at least it was warm enough to get a little heat (and grip) into the Corsas, so we had some fun. Sears corner is always good to practice drifting (as per karts) but the nearest I got was a couple of tank-slappers and a spin. Think I'll stick to my motto of 'forwards is fastest...' And yes, we get the Pug out which Mike drifted round Sears much better than I did in the Noble.
Carrera GT was actually a gorgeous machine - much better (and bigger) in the metal than in photos.

I had a green pug just like that until it went in for a service and they wrote it off on a test drive

Hi Guys, sorry I didn"t get to say hello, rather wet at times wasn"t it. At one point I thought it was going to dry up ! then more of the wet stuff. I left my noble at home and was wazzing round in the white radical prosport, did enjoy the wet though.

Hey Tony - shoulda come over and Hi! Didn't realise it was a PHer in the white Radical. Bloomin' quick it was too. Not the ideal conditions for a Noble, but we had some fun anyway. Nor were that that great for PetrolTed in his newly aquired 996GT3RS!

Rob, apologies for not saying hello, your car looked mighty fine tho, nice colour. I was supposed to be helping a guy out with the black radical SR4 with some instruction but because of the rain he never went out !! understandable tho as 3 weeks prior at the same circuit the rear wing collapsed at the end of the revitt straight and slewed him into the armco causing £10.5 of damage to his car !
Spent most of the day trying to boost his confidence but he was having none of it.

No probs - another time!
bottom of Revetts is not the place to lose anything. We were breaking from about 125mph at that point yesterday, and I think I'd need a bit of convincing to go back out if I'd had a little chat with the armco. Hope he gets it back together soon though.

Hi Tony. You certainly did have a good pace in that Radical, they are such awsome machines, but driving it like that in those conditions . I was s**t scared driving the Noble although did have a lot of fun in between the fear. Driving the Pug was a top laugh though, first time i've had it on the track and was very impressed (apart from when you get to the straights I just left my right indicator on down every straight). Fingers crossed for a dry trackday next time.

Thanks michael, been in radicals a while now and also race them, hence the pace in wet conditions, they are very quick cars in the wet or dry and I love driving them.
