After what seems an eternity, I`ve finally resolved my dead ignition. Two seperate connections had parted and the wires were not the same colours as in the wiring diagram shown in the bible. An after market radio and an immobiliser had been fitted using chocolate block connectors and some odd coloured wiring. Also last year the big plastic plug that is prone to breaking down was removed, so I had a bit of prodding around to do with my meter. Thanks for the help given in previous threads, it was a great help. Needless to say is how I feel.
