SO3's new and part worn
Discussion
If anyone needs front SO3's then there are at least 5 new at
www.valuetyres.co.uk. about £111 each IIRC. Also I will have 2 rear and one front part worn SO3's available next week if anyone is interested
Totally fed up with the tyre thing now . Too many options and opinions.
Rosso's - Have them on the merc and seem ok but not sure they'll be right for Nobby
RE050 - Cheapest option and direct replacement for the SO3's ?
R888's - look good , won't last, iffy in the wet and concerned about bump stops
Guess I'll go RE050's unless you lot think otherwise

Worty,
I have the REO50 and I can't say a bad word against them. They warm up very quickly and offer good traction. I have also been in a bit of a tizz. I was told yesterday that I have a very slight buckle in a front wheel.
Now I don't know whether to buy a second hand wheel (Which has been kndly offered by GTO400) or go after market on all four????

I have Corsas on my M400, just bought another set. bit on the dear side retail but then Mr Noble did throw every tyre combination at the car to come up with the best compromise.
Caution in the wet but then any car at that weight with all those pony's is going to struggle for traction / grip in anything but the best road conditions.
F.C.

How much did you have to pay for a set and where's the best place to get them?
Be grateful for advise.
