Every year or so I post a link to this trackday vid by a mate (Jackal) - as there are always people who haven't seen it. He's in the biz, so has an excuse why he's so good... but in any case, it's well worth a watch if you haven't seen it. Much bullet cam and edit tomfoolery.

nice video. one thing to point out though:

at the beginning it says "teh year in pictures". if it has been noticed before then i am sorry, but its just one of those things that i forget to check on my videos (like putting the wrong year at the beginning)

It's his thing... he types faster than he thinks, so he ALWAYS types TEH instead of THE... so he thought he'd keep it as a trademark.

Ooo yes yes that's a nicely edited vid, the or teh regardless (and he can't call that a trademark, I'm always doing teh same).

What music is that (did he pinch some of yours, in which case I never imagined you'd have such a high voice!?)?

Haven't seen it yet, but I'll bet he's kept the Duranail crash in there yikes I've kept an eye on Richards site for years now, wish he'd start some of his automotive ramblings up again.......

Great video, nice bit of editing

Only thing is it's in such bad quality (as in compression)

Sorry about that, I squashed it 4 years ago when most people didn't have broadband. The original is a squillion MB

Very well made. Shame the quality means you are not sure what is special effect and what is just loss of quality through compression. Fancy putting up a better quality version?

Not advisable to watch this if you have any sign of a headache. lol

You'll find all Richard's vids on www.jackals-forge.com/lotus/

...and if you want, I think you can get a 600mb version of the vid (well I got one, but it was on disk )

You may well also want to check out his crash by Eau Rouge yikes

This is NOT the best way to get out of a Caterham!

Ouch! yikes I just found the Spa crash first.

I don't think I can watch him tumbling out again - that looked close... very close!

A great vid with the best cars - track cars doing the business.

Now he needs to make a vid of himself driving his mtb
