Track day 205 gone bang!
Discussion
Best place for this question is forum.205gtidrivers.com - loads of info on there about souped up 205s, and refreshingly free of the Max Power type bullshit.
I've just had a track day 205 built (Mi16, gasflowed, rally cams, twin Webers, adjustable Konis, big brakes etc) - still running the bugger in though, can't wait to get the full 8000 rpm!!
Incidentally what tyres do you use? I'm thinking of using the cut-slick type Yokohamas.

Sounds very nice! Would like to do the same with mine. I didn't make the car, my friend built it to see just how much fun it would be! Basically it's a standard 1.6 with the Mi16 + Webers! Needless to say, it doesn't stop!!! I only payed £1200 for it though, so the spec is understandable.
I've got to get tyres and brakes sorted but have no idea what to go for. Was trying to source a 1.9 rear beam and swap the the front brakes over to 1.9. It's running on konis and 1.9 wheels all round so it handles well, but altogether it's just a bit dangerous!!!
I'll soon get it sorted for the track.
Thanks for that link.
