Oh, the joys of garage ownership. Mine is all clean and dry. (most likely a bit cold thought)

Just call the guys at Club100 and they said that the sprint race tomorrow has been cancelled but that they expect the race on Saturday to be fine.

Best bring the thermail and my motorbike winter gloves then!

Not sure if I'll want to wear all my brand new kit if its going to get messy! Glad I bought a pvc oversuit now.

Glad I went with an all black racesuit now. So you got all your badges sown on yet?

No patches yet, but hopefully a winners patch to sew on on Sunday!

I have so far resisted the temptation to put my suit on again.

Might have a play later

well - used the new neoprene Kart gloves while digging my car out of the snow this morning. And they were just dandy. I was standing there in 15cm snow thinking ...and in about 36 hrs time we'll be sitting in 75mph tea-trays on slicks...can't wait!

Yeah, it's going to be fun. Without a doubt.
When I first did the club100 endro series, about 8 years now. I remember turning up for the track walk at Buckmore park, before the practice session and as the guy was walking backwards round the track talking to us, the drivers his slipped up on some ice!
The warm up session (which was a misnoma, as I was f'ing freezing when I got out) , which started just after the sun crept over the trees had managed to melt most of the ice, but if you got on some ice by accident. Game over, into the tirewall with you :-)

I'm really looking forward to getting back in a 2 stroke kart. I really missed my 125 (electric start, no bump start required) when I sold it a few years back. Nothing beats the buzz of blatting round a track 2 inches from the tarmac at 75 MPH :-)))))

My Nob's polished, as always, and in a heated and ventilated garage with a very smelly, underfed Alsatian with bad toothache. The tyres are bathed in asses milk, its under a Vicuna lined car-cover and is listening to Radio 4 (an added bonus is that Radio 4 seems to improve the canine's agression levels!).

I wouldn't insult my Noble by taking it out in this weather 9although I appreciate that some Nobility must)! nono
