Does anyone know about this car on ebay?

This was for sale last year on pistonheads for ages, check out the rear clip photo just below the exhausts, it had done 11,800 miles then, but for the money worth a look.

That will need to be a pretty special engine as I recon it'll need to rev to 8k to have 589bhp from a 5.7L, I'd ask for more details about the engine.

I thought that was Steve's car but was not sure (only seen it once). It is well built and if it goes for anything less than 25K will be something of a bargain. As Andy said, I would check out the claims for the motor as that HP figure is a bit steep (top speed too).
A plus point to bear in mind is that with 12,000mls already under its belt any bugs should be well and truly ironed out by now.

Keith, the only reason I was not sure that it was Steve's car is that I do not remember seeing black wheels on it. I think that I saw this car at LM in'03.

Sounds a bit strange to me.

The rear pilon was differant on this one, as it came up through the middle of the rear clip, instead of out the back, so quite recognisable.

On the note of using Ebay to sell one's car, has anyone actually sold an Ultima sucessfully this way ???

Or does the amount of fake bids not make it worth while...
