Let us try again: Anyone fancy a track day?
Discussion
I plan to do Spa on the 20th and 21st of August, open pit lane, 115db, £225.00 per day.
Bookatrack are the organisers and I will being traveling on the preceding Saturday and plan to return on the 22nd.
A big one I know but the track is possibly one of the best in the world for our particular type of cars and what with recent facility improvements carried out will no doubt prove to be a fantastic experience.

I'm already in!
Well done that man. I did look at the entries list and saw you there on the 20th.
Have you been there in the Ultima before?
A bit of a way off yet but I am already getting excited at the prospect. It is not a race and I am well aware of that but at least our two cars will be comparable and it will be interesting to evaluate.
I seem to remember speaking to CanAm Phil last year and him saying that he had been to Spa. I wonder if he intends to go in his CanAm this year?
Hi Wayne
I've been to Spa the last three years. And will be going again this year just after your visit. They appear to be making good progress with the circuit changes.
Our car going up Eau Rouge features on the RMA trackday website masthead . On the way back we had a good blast down the old Reims GP straight as well along with the usual photo call in front of the pits.
As well as Spa, we are organising a trip to Monaco mid summer taking in the best roads over the Alps following the route Napoleon etc. And then possibly down into Italy.
All are welcome to join in.

Hello Phil,
Shame that we are going to be at Spa at different times of the year but am interested in the trip that you are planning above, please do keep me posted.
Saw your car on the RMA home page, nice one.
Looks like the alterations that are being made at Spa will slow the traffic a little but as I have not been before, I will not miss it I guess.
See you later this year I hope, Wayne.
Hi Wayne,
This is my third year and my fourth trip to Spa, its a fantastic circuit and as you said it suits the Ultima. Weather can be a little unpredictable and Eau Rouge needs serious respect(The Porsche lads usually loose one car).
So, there will be at least three Ultima's, Graham's also booked in!
