Managed to to it twice in one week; first by falling off my bicycle in full view of a bus, a police car and 6 other vehicles (greasy junction and I was hurrying), secondly by having all five of my entries into the Basingstoke Camera Club Photographic Exhibition accepted. No prizes for me though, still I only had one print accepted for the Winchester exhibition last year !

Some of these might be a bit familiar !

I've just realised that there is a lot of water in these, except for the one in the desert !

Great shots... If you won no prizes I think they are a branch of the Basingstoke RNIB

They are stunning shots. Can't really fault them. Beautiful! Technically and aesthetically very well accomplished. Camera clubs are very odd places. Take it as a compliment that you never won a prize

these are excellent. Camera clubs sound like a form of organised pixel peeping to me....

A colleague of mine was invited to be sole judge at a camera club once. He brought me along for moral support and to share the blame, I mean judging hehe I would say that, on the whole, camera club work is technically very good, but aesthetically and conceptually challenged.

#2 is awesome - I can almost hear the water running!
I need to learn how to take photos

Beautiful. I'd love to see that last shot blown up to poster size.

V good. Desert one is my favourite too. Do you sell these shots? Only I can imagine them in a variety of commercial things from cards to, well, all sorts!

I have a Colin Prior calendar by my desk at work and I have to say I prefer your mountain shot to both the Jan and Feb shots on his calendar. I expected great things from this calendar but nothing blows me away.
