Redundancy Payments

Thought that this might be of use to the ex-workforce.

Today I phoned the Redundancy Payments Office on 0121 456 4411, and they told me that my claim had been processed, and that payment would be made within the next 4-7 working days.

When calling, you will be asked for your Nat.Ins.No. and your surname, and you will be told how your claim is progressing

as awesomedude said and i phoned as well, our claims have been proccesed and were sent to the payments office on tuesday, so we should have ours soon.

Just spoke to Birmingham and I`ve been processed too!

Got another letter today.....should get payment in 4 days.
And that should (AT LAST!!!) be the end of it all, and we can get on with the rest of our lives.
