964 - Spongy soundproofing

I was starting to wonder why my 964 was so prone to misting up something chronic. It was only when someone bought me Adrian Streather's fantastic 964 bible for Christmas that I thought to check not just the carpets but the soundproofing underneath.
Lo and behold, absolutely sodden. Clearly been leaking for some time, possibly starting around the time I lost the use of my garage and had to start parking on the street (September, I think).
Door rubbers are looking a bit sorry so I'm going to replace those to begin with. Type 911 appear to offer them cheaper than everywhere else (unless I've misread the advert) at about £18. I also want to replace the soundproofing as mine is in a pretty sorry way. Can anyone suggest where I might order this from? Can't find it listed on any of the usual websites.
As an aside, finally got round to posting a picture on the ol' profile. Taken outside mum and dad's yesterday after an enjoyable blast to the Lakes from Leeds. Still love the car, stinky soundproofing or not!
