Did post on here a while ago about lousy window alighment; looking at it again I rekcon the door is the culprit. The driver's door closes & alignment is spot on; inside the gap from the top front of the door to the dash corner is millimeters. On the near side however its possibly as inch. It's also tough to shut presumably because of this. I'd imagine it's wise to sort this before looking at the glass.

So.. what I do (or what does somebody do!)

If you pull the carpet back from behind the hinge area and peal away the plastic sheet, theres a nut or allen key that you can loosen to adjust the door.

I used a trolley jack with a towel on it to take the weight of the door, then loosed the nuts, adjusted the height with the jack and then retighten the nuts before checking the door alignment.

Cheers

If you peel back the carpet behind the door hinges, there will be two allen bolts (6mm head) holding the hinges in place. slacken these off and add or remove shims as required. I would disregard the gap by the dashboard though, check how the door aligns with the door seal.
