This is the first time I've specifically tried to get something good out of my new kit and I'm quite pleased with the results. I would very much appreciate comments on my efforts.

Thanks

Ben

Do you have emotional attachment to that bench? - it stands out a bit too much for me - i like what you have tried to do with the mirror shot, lining up two different trees to make one, but again the bench kind of gets in the way (IMHO)

Bit bleak, but then that can't be helped this time of year

Second to last is starting doing something for me, as does the rear shot, I think you have captured the essence of the design

Sorry for the crit

The bench was unintentional. But then I couldn't work out if I should move the car or leave it there and make something of it. As you can see, I went with leaving it there!

Yes, had a real problem with the bland light. Tried a ND2 filter, but it didn't seem to make the difference I was hoping of it. I also had a grad coll blue, but that looked silly.

Like it, and love the car.

One criticism would be too many saturated pixels on the 3rd, 4th and last picture on the car.

Kit lens it came with (18-70) that I'm not that impressed with
A Minolta 75-300 (crop to 115 to 450) that I'm very impressed with. Really nice, colourful and sharp.
Sigma 15mm F2.8 fisheye that's pretty good/very useful but hasn't got that wow factor

Also experimented with some filters I have, but I'm a bit blind here. To be honest I'm trying to find a local camera course to get myself on.
