Oh dear.
Most of the pictures were of cars sitting on drive-ways! Go manic boys!
I was quite taken with the Fiesta with the Viper stripes though!

Do you want to get on handbrakeitmate.com? If so send in some photos of yourself performing manic acts in a car and you could be right here where it all happens.

What a sad bunch of muppets.
Have a read of the adventures in the woods, what a laugh. Mind you the page teaching you how to powerslide and handbrake turn is more frightening - the guy offering the advice admits he doesn't understand what he is on about but says it helps you get round corners quicker.
Lock em up and keep em off the roads.
Power slides in 1.1 Fiesta - whatever next.

I've left H&H alone for ages. Don't mind an entertaining argument but once we were rumbled it either became too conciliatory or just plain aggressive.
Still, mel made his feelings known about horse-shit on the roads and what it does to motorcyclists and they accepted that was a fair point.
To be honest I don't think the intellectual capabilities of the muppets on "handbrakeitmate" would really extend to having a bit of fun with the horsey set. They'd no doubt say "Horses are shit - my Fiesta / Nova / 106 / Saxo (delete as applicable) is much faster and more wikkid, innit" in the usual Max Power Muppet stylee . Once they'd made their insightful comments they'd start arguing over whether horses look better with "Viper stripes" or neon tubes under the saddle.....
As arrogant and annoying as some of the horsey set were, I really don't think they deserve that level of grief.

mel, sorry to sound a bit negative but I have serious reservations about bagging cameras.
With respect, most people here are unlikely to want to run the gauntlet of being arrested by plod simply to make a statement - there's too much at risk to be quite frank.
And as I've said elsewhere, in order to win the argument you have to be *very* careful that you don't get all pro-motoring groups branded as antisocial, child-killing petrolheads with no environmental responsibility ! That is far from being an easy thing to do.
Frankly I think the motoring organisations should stop being such a bunch of limp-wristed poofs and get out there and start making noises in the right places, day in, day out. They could pay for some TV advertising, take out full pages ads in the papers, magazines and other publications, get bill-board posters made up. Anything to get people thinking that the Goverment's approach is flawed and that by concentrating on speed they are as guily of killing people through negligence as people who speed and get it wrong.
Using the specialist motoring press to vent our feelings is fine, but it needs a much wider audience to get the most out of it. Something, or somewhere, that thousands of people are going to see rather than tucked away in a bike or car magazine or in an obscure supplement to one of the Sunday papers.
No, I don't have answers as to where that might be, but I do know that unless we apply concerted pressure over a period of time we won't achieve anything. Look at the petrol crisis - it worked well for a couple of weeks but then people got pissed off when they couldn't get petrol and the protest immediately lost momentum which they have never regained. What we need is a campaign that squarely puts the ball in the Governments court, is based on road safety so it cannot be attacked by the anti-car brigade, and which is sustained so it doesn't get forgotten.
A one-off night of bagging cameras will get people thinking "yeah, bloody right !! Get rid of cameras !!". And by the time they get to the end of their journey they'll have forgotten all about it it.
If you, or others, want to go ahead then please don't let my reticence stop you. I'm just sorry to say that I don't think the required support will be as forthcoming as perhaps people initially thought it might be.
