PS had a conversation with the chap who wrote the piece.. he said if there was room then it would be in on sunday !!

I never saw it in the ST.
it was in sunday times on 7th jan
The article on 7th Jan was not an interview with NS as post suggests....... The one on the 7th was an in depth report into TVR falling apart. This was presumably set up so NS could offer his point of view in reply to original piece. The ST business section was quite full of stories about Russian business men so perhaps it got bumped.
