Hi Guys

I'm new here, but I know a few guys on here through other forums and events

I need your help please, I'm looking for the latest 2006 sat nav discs for a 2003 996.(cd's not DVD)

I know you can get them from Porsche but they are £325 for the set of 3, and that to me is not worth it, in fact every dealer has laughed at the price as well when i asked.

Anyway cheers and I look forard to meeting some of you this year at events and shows.

We competed in the 2006 Gumball and carbon Black, all the pictures and our 2 films are on our site enjoy We will again be on the carbon Black this year and the toprun rally, so hopefully see some of you there.

Tango - i'm in the same position as you - my discs are old and i can't justify how much Porsche want for the new versions. If you manage to get hold of some let me know.

BTW - great website. The video's excellent.

Hey man

Glad you like our site and videos, we sure had a blast making them, and this year will be even better.

Perhaps we should all get together and chip in for a set between us.

I have a stand alone system but it's a nightmare with all the all the bloody wires in the car charging the damn gadgets up, so i'd love the latest discs instead.

I use the Vauxhall/Opel(Siemens VDO) 2005 map CDs on my 2002 996 and they work just fine, part no is T1000-8039. I paid £125 from Navishop, they used to sell them on Ebay and their website is www.navishop.de but I'm sure you could get them from a UK outlet for a similar price.
