Hi everyone..Anyone watch "megafactories" tonight at 8 on national geographic?
It was all about the production of the new Ferrari 599..and was bloody MEGA!
They showed huge parts of the cars production, engine casting, and build. The body construction, and finishing all the way through to the end product.
It was outstanding..in view of all the knocking of modern cars and the way they are built this must go some way to showing the " knockers and doom merchants" that all is not lost in the 21st century of car design and construction. Its a shame we cant see behind the doors at Porsche on film, it may settle a few arguments a bit quicker..see the dreaded " clear the air thread" !!! Mind you I am sure certain people will level the..Porsche are not upto these levels at us modern 996/997 lovers..KC.
