Since breaking my porsche virginity about 18months ago with a 996 C4S, I wish to move up the ladder with a GT3 RS. All the latest reviews in the forum have been high on the cars and i think they look great.
Looking for a white/blue combination car low milage un-modified with Cermaic Brakes
Have a 2003 996 C4S Arctic Silver 12k miles top spec to trade.

Can anybody advise on the GT3 RS what to look for and what not to look for? & where there is any nice examples for sale?

Thanks for the Info,

Does anybody know anything about the one for sale at Sean LockYear on his web site, not sure why it would have the graphics removed?

I've just bought the harbour cars RS, I was totally aware of the history and details of the damage it had and how it was repaired, nothing to worry about and got a good deal. It had steel brakes which I wanted but wouldn't have met you spec I guess. Blue cars do seem a bit rarer...

I rang them and enquired about the Blue RS, I specifically asked if it had any known accident damage and they responded NO, not to their knowledge!

That is f@cking wrong!

yeah, I think if I am going to get serious about chopping in my 3 for an RS that I need to start speaking to people who build their reputation around knowing these cars and being honest!

List was £72k, the sales guy I spoke to on Saturday said they got all but £500 from asking for it, as it had been removed from the web I suppose he didn't think he was giving too much away, he did tell me it was a complete minter!

Oh, should have said, the car at Westover in Bournemouth is very very clean, almost unused and has PCCB but is red striped and black cage (which looks strange to me now) and is up for £71 I think. Expensive but very clean.

Definitely a divergence in the market now. The minters still command good prices, whilst the ones that actually get used are approx 10k cheaper!

I count 6...of which 3 are now sold. There is one more on sale at Porsche Reading.

As far as I can see that's it. 4 for sale in the UK at the moment.

hi guys, i went to see the car at opc cambridge, firstly it was meant to have 6k miles but it actually had just under 9k. one wheel was kerbed and driver side roll bar was well scratched up. other than that car wasnt bad even though ive seen better. as for the price i think there telling the truth, because they knew i was intrested as well and they said they would take about £500 off. then they rang me to tell me car was sold. with that mileage and at opc i would not have paid more than £65k imo
