Really tempted by 2004 (996) C4S cab. - high spec, 25,000miles - asking price from non-porsche dealer circa £52K.
Currently drive a Jag XKR conv.
1. Subject to usual check on service history etc does this sound an ok price?
2. Will I lose lots of money (I normally do), in say 2 yrs?
3. How will it compare to the Jag - goes fast but poor handling - would be good to hear from anyone who has made this swop.
Thanks for any advice.

Hi there just drove an xkr jag for 300 miles on road test and hated every minute of it.
A C4S cab is a beatuiful looking car and handling is not bad with all the PSM (stability program/traction control)
gadgets helping you along.
Get it bought ....full porsche warranty only..

1. Price sounds high to me.
2. What do you consider lots C4s's are one of the more desireable 911's, less depreciation than most, but if you buy high, you will lose
3. Handling wise no comparison, far quicker.

Will depreciate a few K, but compared to other C4S 2 years older it wont be that bad.
