Just a quick question re 997 facelift

Hi there,

Just a quick question if anyone can enlighten me. When will the facelift 997 be available in 2008 and apart from the sunken LED's at the rear, vents at the front and headlight shape will there be any power upgrade or anything I might of missed off ?

I'm sure there#ll be a 15-20hp upgrade as normally happens with the Porsche facelifts. Maybe a little more weight so not much difference in performance. All IMO of course

One article I read also mentioned direct injection for a 10% reduction in fuel consumption, and an optional DSG type gearbox.

And a fuel sensing ECU to take account of the new more powerful output from bio-fuels such as E85 ?

Yes there is an E85 fuel pump at Millbrook !!
