some in car race footage (minis)

the 'incar' car is a mk 1 1275 cooper s with a 137bhp 1380 cc

the surf blue car is my 1071 (84 bhp)

the race is a rolling start - so the first lap is the formation lap, all the smoke is from the capri

the first 40 min race is two drivers, so the second driver is the great john rhodes (white overall and green stripe) he is 78 years old and watch how he can drive - amazing!

the second race starts at abou 44 min - it doesnt last very long........ouch!

my car doesnt even have a speedo.

the car in the film has the binicle, but doesnt run a cable

its got a dog-box in it and i think it runs a 3.9.

thats why we can get him on the corners as we run a 4.2 and rev ours a bit harder!
