In my stocking this xmas was a 2007 Fast Cars calendar. It has got the usual top £100,000 + sports cars, Zonda, Mclaren SLR, Lotus Exige, Lamborghini Murcielago, Porsche 911, Maserati mc12, Farrari Enzo, Astin Martin Vanquish, but also a TVR Tuscan and Sagaris. What can I say, as I own a TVR does that put me in the same bracket as these other top sports cars rotate. Well my calendar will stay on March and August because I can't see any better looking cars on the calendar other than the TVRs.

My Nephew had his Xbox 390 with us this Xmas, and he had a racing game. So we decided to have a race. When selecting what car I was going to drive there was the TVR Speed 12, Tuscan, and Sagaris. 4 hours later having given all TVRs a go, my nephew said are you going to drive another type of car, my answer to that was, NO nono.

I drove my Nephew to Swindon the day after in the Tamora, and he said, "Uncle, this car is awsome". There must of been many people in Swindon with sore necks and damaged ear drums hehe.

The moral of the story is - please, please, don't let TVR die. It's a truely great sports car, and above all it is british.

As the TVR dealers have had customers with real orders wanting the cars, but NS at TVR has not allowed the factory to fulfill them.... I really don't see how it is up to us... ie the customers...

This is why TVR's are so special and why so many people have shown their support for the company! There are precious few cars that can make kids and adults (big kids) alike say "Wow... look at/listen to that!!"

With the exception of Ferrari, Lamborghini and a few others, how many other marques can provoke that kind of reaction from virtually every car they have produced??

I hope TVR lives on... but if it doesn't... I'm sure it'll be back in some form or other in the future. driving

scratchchin mmmmmm don't think so.
TBH i'd put any TVR in a calender before a Lotus Exige let alone a Tuscan or Sagaris.
