I need some advice A.S.A.P

Hi, basically i have an art project for my GCSE and the final piece is on eyes. I am producing a range of drawings paintings and photos which are all going onto an a2 piece of paper and i was wondering if there are any programmes out there which i can turn into artist drawings or look like paintings, different effects really. Even some tutorials for artist effects in photoshop CS.

If anybody can help i would really appreciate it.

Paint shop pro will do what you want... free download (trial) here:

Once loaded open a photo and chose 'effects > artistic effects' This will give you loads of options you can mess with inc watercolour, colored pencil etc
