Please find below just for a bit of a laugh in these slightly depressing times some of the corking rumours and stories I have heard whilst at TVR in the last few years under NS`s ownership.

(1).At first we were given free fruit at lunchtime (after it was first taken off the gorillas at Blackpool zoo!!)This soon dwindled away.
(2).NS when he first took over wanted to arrange a boxing tournament.Pity, loads of my fellow workers I now assume would love to take a swing at him.As you guess, this tournament never transpired.
(3).In the last few months in which I was actually at work we heard that NS and DO were out of the country meeting with the King of Jordan!More like Jordan the model (Katie Price) and Jonathon King!
(4).As gifts for new owners NS authorised the production of TVR champagne - about 2 pallets of the stuff!
(5).Another gift idea for new owners I heard about was a vibrator for madam!

hope this little list brings a few smiles.i`ll add more as they float up from the depths of my mind.

cheers to all PH`ers,
Dereck (appearing soon with sam at the Blackpool Opera house)

Was that to aid the "orgasmic living"?

The true stories I like are :-
i) NS joined the trade union....was that to find out what's going on???
ii) He provided staff with fresh fruit to improve their health

Can't beat a man who cares ...can you...

Did any of these actually get produced 'cos I can think of at least 3 places I would like to shove one.

Nah he would enjoy it too much furious

Did anyone ever get a picture of the 'Orgasmic Living' Banner at night when the office lights were on? It was hilarious & you could see the glow for miles

I believe there were some prototypes. They were at the late design/sign off stage when the 'Orgasmic Living' tag-line was canned.
