Any idea how much it costs to retrofit a 1/2 rollcage to a Mk2 GT3? Porsche parts & harness!

Also any idea if it would affect insurance?

Cheers

£750 isnt too bad - a bit cheaper than on carnewal.... Is that an OPC price for the part?

I think it really looks this business and would be excellent for the harness obviously!

I bought my T'quip cage on eBay for £600 and my harness was sourced by Steve at JZM for approx £300 all in, fitting 3-4 hours.

It was including opc discount IIRC, can't remember if discount was for porsche club membership or my opc tech's employee discount.

Ask your local opc for club discount if you are a member. if that doesnt work, let me know and i'll ask my opc tech what discount he can get as an employee. I seem to remember him saying theyve tightened up on employee discount but doesnt hurt to ask

Cheers

Brilliant. Going to see a car in the morning which looks like a car I may buy, depending on the deal I get...

Only thing missing is that cage and harness - would make it feel that bit more special. Loved the Exige I test drove a while back and the harness - felt very secure!
