I know some do get on here from time to time and i would like to ask you a question which i hope does not offend you, as it is not meant too.

If you had the chance to change things, that you could change, what would you have done differently?

I mean this with all sincerety but we all at some point have thought i wished i had done more after the event!

all the root of the problems stem from him and his disability to get on with any other employee, i aint scared to say this cos i know he had a problem with me too and my other bosses and tried to get me and them thrown out as soon as i joined

Can't see that the workers could do much really, we all knew quality was not up to scratch but we were always being pushed by time constraints. Management were always quantity before quality. Their motto was F**k it that,ll do! that mindset ran right through TVR.
