Faulks BOV springs

Think I need to change the spring in mine...

Is it easy to do?

Yes. But you might struggle.

Just a 6mm (?) spanner. You only have to undo 3 bolts and the top pops off. You'll figure it out. Just open it solwly and remember which order the things come out in.

Ditto that. The whole part is spring loaded so everything will fly everywhere if you just pop the last bolt out. You could probably piece it all together again anyway.

Bit like the original fitting of the device to the car - it's so easy even I didn't mess it up.

Right. Green are OK to start with but seem to lose their tension over time, so that the BOV vents at the merest thought of lifting off.
